DS Indian Agate Heart Gua Sha Set
Introducing our absolute beginner-to-beyond Gua Sha set. Exceptionally smooth, glossy and with stunning natural colour tones, these duo hearts have clean and simple lines making them easy to handle and a joy to use. The tapered shape is inspired by the classic heart Gua Sha stones popularised as a ‘starter’ tool and often used in East Asian Facial Rejuvenation practices in tandem.
This set is a great choice for someone completely new to Facial Gua Sha or for those who have already tried the practice but who struggle with consistency. Full instructions for a pared back 8 minute routine (if you use one stone) or 5 minute routine (when using two stones) can be found inside of the box.
Indian Agate is also known as Fancy Jasper. Both Agate and Jasper can co-exist in the same rock formation. This means that some of the Gua Sha stones in these sets would be classified as Agate and some as Jasper. Where stock allows you will receive a mix of the two. Please note all of these tools are hand-made and there will naturally be some variation in shape and size. The colour, tone and pattern of Indian Agate varies widely within each batch. The colours and patterns reflected in the images above may not be same as you receive.
To create the necessary glide on your skin for Gua Sha practice you will need a good quality facial oil. I recommend Akasha Blends Facial Oil Rose or Facial Oil Neroli.
Consistency is key to achieving the skin and spirit benefits of Gua Sha. Practice at least three times a week either in the morning (to energise the skin and drain fluid accumulation), or at night slow your practice right down to calm and soothe the heart and Shen (spirit) before sleep.
